We choose the material #440C and 440A stainless steel to make our high quality shears,after high-heated vaccum furnace treatment,the tenacity of the #440C steel can be increased and reach HRC±60°,another material #440A can reach HRC±58°.For our middle and low quality shears,we use material #420J2,it can also reach HRC±52°.
All manufacturing processes of scissors are supervised by experienced persons to maintain perfection,uniformity and high stardard of quality products.Especially,sharpening of the blades as well as strict quality control is fully guaranteed.
